Following the finance law for 2024, passed by the French Parliament, please note the increase of the tourist tax.
This affects all municipalities in the Île-de-France region that impose an overnight tax.
The tourist tax rates (per person per night) applicable are as follows.
Palace hotels – EUR 14.95
5 star – EUR 10.73
4 star – EUR 8.13
3 star – EUR 5.20
2 star – EUR 3.25
1 star – EUR 2.60
The new tourist tax applies even if you made your booking prior to 1st January 2024.
