The information is collected via telephone when you call us, email when you write to us electronically, via our contact form on our website or via any of our social media platforms.

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• Travel agents and corporations using our services.

We use the information that you have given us in order to confirm travel arrangements, send newsletter and communication. 

We may share this information with suppliers with whom the booking is made, be it a hotel, a transport company or another travel company supplier.

We have a contractual obligation for which your details such as names are required in order to finalise our services.

We keep your personal information for the purpose of making a booking or sending you a personalised offer or a newsletter. We will dispose of any non-essential information by deleting the data however we do keep a trace of all past bookings. Your email address will be kept for marketing purposes such as newsletter and offers and you may withdraw at any time you wish.
